SD(MGMT) is a well-known Brazilian creative management company representing a community of the most inspiring, respected and innovative Brazilian artists, which predominantly works with fashion photography, styling and beauty. Founded by Sonny Domingos in 2012, after years of working in the fashion industry as an executive producer in New York City, he decided to bring his experience to the fashionable/'in- vogue" market in Brazil, developing partnerships and agent support among brands and creative teams.

To celebrate their 10th year anniversary, SD(MGMT) asked U.I.WD. to redesign their new visual identity and digital expression. Typography was their first demand to update. They also had a color palette in mind, so U.I.WD used navy blue.

Following classic text typefaces used in fashion editorial magazines and crew credits, U.I.WD. has chosen to work with the contemporary digital serif type family Cardinal Fruit for the logo and has also chosen the Helvetica Neue Lt Std, used in taglines to support communication as a whole.

Another important aspect to mention is the use of parentheses in the logo, which is a graphic icon to help highlight/organize information such as artist's names and the categories they represent.

U.I.WD.’s approach was to build a more modern, updated and fashionable image for the company, showcasing SD(MGMT)’s high-profile work and artists.
